Consistent with the Vermont Law promise, the COP cohort pledges to use the power of the law to make a difference in our community and the world, extending our reach from the ridges of the Green Mountain State to the reefs of Small Island Developing States. The blog serves as a vehicle for elevating the issue of oceans as an essential part of the climate agenda by showcasing the perspective of small island/big ocean communities.
